IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

To our wonderful existing and new patients and their families,

We hope you and your family are in good health. We empathize with the changes and uncertainty our families have faced this past year. We are excited to announce that we have re-opened our Reception, Theatre and Game Rooms! As we work towards a return to normalcy, our practice is dedicated to bringing you the best service all while keeping you and your children safe. Though many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your family’s safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.

We are still taking the appropriate safety precautions in order to make your visit safe AND fun!  You may see some changes when it is time for your child/children’s next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. Examples of these changes include:

• We ask all individuals 2 years and older to wear a mask when entering the office
• We will continue to screen every person upon initial entry into the building (screening will include temperature checks and screening questions)
• We ask that you clean your hands frequently while in the office using hand sanitizer or soap and water
• Please continue to maintain social distance from others (6 feet of separation)
• We ask that you practice cough etiquette (use a tissue to cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, or cough/sneeze into your elbow)
• We will continue to use medical grade air purifiers to remove bacteria, viruses, dust and pollen from the air
